I help people work directly with anxiety, trauma, and chronic stress through somatic healing and fascia-focused sessions.
Many people try to think their way out of anxiety, stress, or trauma. They analyze their thoughts, talk through their experiences, and try to move on... yet still feel tense, on edge, or stuck.
That’s because stress doesn’t only live in the mind. It lives in the nervous system and is a physical experience.
